JAZZ-POP FESTIVAL

When: Saturday, November 21, 2009

Time: 10:00 A.M.—4:00 P.M.

Where: Freeman Memorial Branch Library

16616 Diana Lane, Houston

Entry Fee: $ 15.00 per entrant

Registration Due: Saturday, October 10, 2009

General Information:

1. One Memorized Solo in the form of Jazz, Rags, Blues, Gospel, Boogie, Rock and Pop.

2. Entrants will be adjudicated before a qualified Judge.

3. The performance will be scheduled in a Recital format Family and Friends are encouraged to attend.

4. Entrants will receive a critique, certificate and an award according to their score.

5. Harmony Music Studio will provide an accompanist for the vocalists and instrumentalists for a reasonable fee of $10.00.

To sign up for the festival, please complete the form available in the studio lobby and return it along with your registration and accompanist fees no later than Saturday, October 10th.
